These Jamon Serrano Reserva ham slices have a complex aroma and richly marbled texture. They come interleaved for ease of separation; serve at room temperature for best flavour.

Nutty, melt-in-the-mouth vacuum-packed slices of Pata negra ham from pure bred Iberico pigs. These pigs are fed on mixed grains including acorns near Guijuelo, in Salamanca, central Spain. The ham has a distinct rich, nutty, melt in the mouth quality due to its diet and ancestry.

The ham is hand-carved by master carver, Anselmo Pérez, who has won 11 Spanish awards in this very concise art. His knowledge and experience are such that he is able to unveil the secrets of the ham in every perfectly balanced slice, so that it can be enjoyed to the maximum. Before eating, allow the ham to reach room temperature, so that its flavours can be released and fully appreciated.
