Red-Legged Partridge Pâté
Great on toast as an appetiser! Available in 85g or 175g.

Available in 85g or 175g, this is a delicious light mousse, hand-made using a mixture of full-flavoured mushrooms mixed with white truffle, leeks, ground peanuts, butter and olive oil, spices and salt - no artificial additives.

Available in 80g and 180g, this luxurious pate is hand-made using pork liver from acorn-fed black foot pigs (Iberico de Bellota Pata Negra) with the addition of naturally-sweet Pedro Ximenez style sherry, leeks, spices and salt.
