Pulpo Three Cooked Octopus Legs
A pack of three small octopus legs, cooked and ready to eat. These can be sliced and eaten ‘a la Gallega’, or grilled lightly and served whole, as 'Pulpo a la Brasa'. Pulpo is considered a delicacy throughout Spain. Pulpo is especially revered in Galicia where the signature ‘Pulpo a la Gallega’ was created. Octopus is not only renowned for its distinct taste - but also, due to its low-calorie content, as a healthy meat. Our supplier is well known throughout Spain for the quality of their octopus each pack possessing a consistently firm texture (the sign of good pulpo) and a deep intense flavour. As these are cooked and ready-to-eat they can be served hot or cold.
